(Talk about a run on sentence!) We were on the phone for quite some time going over everything and ALL my needs AND expenses and came up with one, Humana that satisfied all my needs! I have to commend Jermaine for his tenacity, drive, professionalism, commitment and sense of humor which made our conversation well worthwhile AND entertaining as well as educational! When I say he went above and beyond helping us find the best plan , He made phone calls when we were not sure of the coverage we currently had . He guided us and was VERY informative. We spent over an hour on the phone making sure a new plan would cover all of our needs and our Family doctor and specialist were in the new coverages network. Everything is as it should be for a 75… Everything is as it should be for a 75 yr. old male with slight kidney failure and a type 2 diabetic condition. My doctor and diabetic care nurse are both happy. My nephrologist probably isn't going to be happy.
