USExcellent customer service. My service representative is Jasmin. She was so helpful with any questions I had. She found information I did not even ask for or know to ask. She really took the time to explain the benefits to me in terms anyone would understand. I believe she went above and beyond with her customer service and I believe she does the same with every client she interacts with. I am very pleased that Jasmin was the support person who answered my call.

USBest experience ever! Had the pleasure of speaking with… Had the pleasure of speaking with L.Roche regarding our Healthcare options. When I say he went above and beyond helping us find the best plan , He made phone calls when we were not sure of the coverage we currently had . He guided us and was VERY informative. We spent over an hour on the phone making sure a new plan would cover all of our needs and our Family doctor and specialist were in the new coverages network. I would recommend when calling this company you use his extension 3429!

USNot happy at all Not happy at all. I was assured that I had dental coverage with my new PPO, but when I got to the dentist, No Coverage! Luckily I had a surplus in my account that paid for my cleaning. I have since gone back to an HMO through another broker. I will have to pay for Part B again, but I will have lower copays and better benefits. Also I will be covered in all 50 states.
