Excellent customer service. My service representative is Jasmin. She was so helpful with any questions I had. She found information I did not even ask for or know to ask. She really took the time to explain the benefits to me in terms anyone would understand. I believe she went above and beyond with her customer service and I believe she does the same with every client she interacts with. I am very pleased that Jasmin was the support person who answered my call.

(Talk about a run on sentence!) We were on the phone for quite some time going over everything and ALL my needs AND expenses and came up with one, Humana that satisfied all my needs!
