My Agent of Record is Christine Collier My Agent of Record is Christine Collier. Although I have been a participant to Medicare, I have moved from the west coast, here to Tennesse. I am unfamiliar the procedure and part C vs medi-gap coverage, here in my new home State of Tennessee. Not understanding Advantage v gap coverage, I reached out to the Amerigroup for assistance. I thought the policy I had was the best; boy was I wrong I was so certain that I had the best Medicare Plan available that I was just going to allow the agent to do his job and I would get off the call quickly. Well Keith talked to me as if we had known each other since he was born. He listened and went to work to find be something better than what I had.
