GBAON is Great Recently, due to a medical problem, I had to cancel a cruise. Luckily we had AON insurance. Everything I needed to file a claim was online. I filed on a Monday and it was accepted Tuesday. Payment was in the bank a week later. It couldn’t have been easier.

GBGreat results! First time any travel insurance claim was approved for us. Others were always finding loopholes to get out of paying. Not Aon! We will be using them for all our travel insurance needs from now on.

GBWe purchased trip cancelation insurance We purchased trip cancelation insurance. My wife's leg was injured before cruise. Downloaded medical form from AON and took to doctor during visit. AON reimbursed us for cost of canceled cruise since we were too late to get any refund from cruise line. Reimbursement was within a couple of weeks and had option to deposit funds into our checking account. I usually have trepidation when dealing with insurance because they typically seem to be more about collecting premium and hard to pay up when needed. AON was not that way with us which we were grateful for.

GBLack of Help from AON AON and Royal Caribbean should send a copy of the specifics of the insurance. My 16 year old grandson could not go on the trip because he had just got a job. He cancelled 3 weeks before the trip. I filed on the insurance on the boat with the help of an employee of the Royal Caribbean. There was back and forth communication, then nothing. I was even told they didn’t have my reference number. How do you lose that? I am very disappointed with your service and lack of communication.
