GBWe purchased trip cancelation insurance We purchased trip cancelation insurance. My wife's leg was injured before cruise. Downloaded medical form from AON and took to doctor during visit. AON reimbursed us for cost of canceled cruise since we were too late to get any refund from cruise line. Reimbursement was within a couple of weeks and had option to deposit funds into our checking account. I usually have trepidation when dealing with insurance because they typically seem to be more about collecting premium and hard to pay up when needed. AON was not that way with us which we were grateful for.

GBI could not believe how easy it was to… I could not believe how easy it was to submit the claim. It's important to have you paperwork in order like anything else. The cruise company was very helpful in giving us the correct paperwork to submit . I have always purchased the insurance but first time I used it and it was awesome!!! The payment was received within 24 hours of submitting claim. Remarkable

Customer service was easy to get ahold of and explained the process they even sent me email with link to the documents I needed. the process to file was easy. they were very quick at responding. they did great at communication on status of the claim.
