GBEasy appeal of denial While my claim was at first denied, it was based on inadequate information provided by the hospital. It was a very easy process to appeal the denial. After providing some additional information, my claim was approved and quickly paid.

GBBeing Clarified Allow me to start over. My wife spoke with and corresponded with Royal Caribbean, not you all. I take blame for not understanding. I should have trashed them, not you all. I apologize. Thanks for responding to these posts. Royal Caribbean said they didn’t offer the certificate, but that you all (Aon Affinity) did. We have 2 certificates in hand from you all from our initial extension that was provided. It’s signed “Aon Affinity Travel Practice.” Is that you all? I have an original booking number and credit number. Would that help you all help us?

GBWe had to cancel a cruise because my husband had an injury that required surgery We had to cancel a cruise because my husband had an injury that required shoulder replacement surgery. When I filed the claim, I sent copies of the doctor’s diagnosis and plan of action. I received an e:mail in a few hours saying the claim had been reviewed and accepted. After I sent the info for my bank account, the money was there the next day. I will ALWAYS use this company for any travel in the future!

GBGreat results! First time any travel insurance claim was approved for us. Others were always finding loopholes to get out of paying. Not Aon! We will be using them for all our travel insurance needs from now on.
