Customer service was easy to get ahold of and explained the process they even sent me email with link to the documents I needed. the process to file was easy. they were very quick at responding. they did great at communication on status of the claim.

GBMedical emergency while traveling When you buy travel insurance it should cover what is stated. It shouldn’t be a long, drawn out process. Having to re-submit every few days with more information, or expanding on the information already given should not be part of the process. After weeks of this process when they decide to reimburse you for your expenses, it doesn’t let you submit how you want your reimbursement. They just send a check in the end. I may or may not add this insurance to any further trips.

Communications, while automated, were succinct and clear. From initial claim to full payment was around a month. We were very satisfied.
