Go elsewhere Slow, inefficient, and not well informed. My wife called the same agent a few days later and got a snide remark about me. Not only that, but she, the agent, seemed to be uninterested in helping my wife. That is odd because both of us have dealt with that agent before and been satisfied. While I'm at it I'll mention that the entire process is ridiculously long and cumbersome, apparently designed to deal with slow children, not adults. Next time we will try another service.

I had tried several times to reach them… I had tried several times to reach them and held forever to speak to a person. Left messages and my return calls came in while at work . Got disconnected several times and just gave up.

I cannot say enough good things about… I cannot say enough good things about Trusted Senior Specialists (TSS) and especially Samera Godil. She is very knowledgable, gave me the pros and cons of some plans I was thinking of and we chose the plan which suited my requirements. The front desk also was very prompt in connecting me with Samera. I would recommend TSS to anyone looking for Medicare Health Plans.

Carmelita was graces when dealing with… Carmelita was graces when dealing with me. I felt like she was doing this for herself not me. I would recommend her to anyone who needed insurance or help them to understand what they needed to know about difference insurance.
