NEVER USE SAY!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option. I called about getting an extension because I had lost my job. Just needed a little extra time as I got a new job but wouldn’t get paid until after my due date. They told me if it wasn’t paid by then I would lose my policy. Then today I get an email saying it was cancelled and I would be sent to collections. So I called again and the lady told me it’s strict company policy and they wouldn’t help and that I was “red flagged” for 3 years so I wouldn’t be allowed to get insurance through them again. Why would I want to go back to a company that cancels someone’s policy when they have an unfortunate event and reached out to ask for help. I would’ve paid late fees on top of making both previous and current payment with my first check but they couldn’t even help with that. Absolutely TERRIBLE company and I will never recommend them to anyone. Things happen and even my credit card companies are understanding of my situation and not charging me late fees right now. Get your crap together and understand that unforeseen circumstances happen!!

I moved over to Say Insurance from… I moved over to Say Insurance from Progressive after a couple years of my policy getting 'progressively' more expensive despite an accident and ticket falling off my record. I've had a great experience so far with Say. It was easy to sign up, easy to get my proof of insurance, and after a year my policy has gone down significantly in price. I have no complaints!

I really like this insurance company I really like this insurance company. The first one I've been with that doesn't raise my rates every year, or every time I renew. During lockdown Say did its customers right, knowing people were driving less, they discounted my insurance for that time. Logging on is easy and secure, and renewing is a breeze. Thanks!

Great prices! I applied to this car insurance because of the cheap quote. I instantly received coverage and didn't have to worry about having a physical card on me because I downloaded it from my account page. My boyfriend and I got pulled over (nothing serious) and the trooper took my phone to verify I was covered. After 6 months my payment went down a few dollars. Now it has been a year and they sent me this cool solar powered charging dock and an air freshener since I've been a loyal customer. So far I'm loving this!

Say is the best I’m in illinois. I’ve been using say for about 18 months now and they are for sure the cheapest rate that I’ve found. I have maxed out liability coverage and was quoted almost double from other providers (Geico Progressive and Farmers) just had my first claim (sadly) but say was super easy to deal with from the towing to the rental to the repair so much easier than I was expecting so I now I can really recommend them. And I used my own mechanic with no issue. Say is the best
