Very happy with this company I originally purchased Say insurance thanks to the lowest premium they offered. It has been 2 years since and my premium stays low. I also appropriate their to the point, no BS customer service (not trying to sell me insurance product I don’t want and don’t need). Recently I had my first claim (hail damage) and I was extremely satisfied. The adjuster shoved up within few business days and 5 days later I had the estimate and check in my mailbox. So fair, very good experience with Say overall.

Family issue resolved I had a family issue and needed to add to my insurance policy 2 more vehicles temporarily. This insurance company's agents were kind, respectful and worked with me to make this transaction easy and affordable. When it came time to remove a vehicle they did not question me or give me a hard time they just did it and gave me my new rate which was a reasonable rate. I have been with them for a year now and have not been disappointed.

Honest and supportive! I have had SAY insurance for quite a while now and I gotta say I absolutely love them! Given I am a very careful and honest driver, but I am a young driver at the age of 25. My rates were around $200 with other insurance companies, however SAY started me at a fairly decent price between $145 and $160. I am now at $84 for my rates and I couldn't be happier!!! Thank you SAY insurance for being there for me through thick and thin! ❤

Since I became a Say Insurance… Since I became a Say Insurance customer, I have repeatedly been amazed at how its incredible rates and coverage. Multiple times I've checked for insurance rates with other companies. Hands down, Say Insurance is the best. The ease of using the online platform to make adjustments is the best. I have had nothing but good experiences… I have had nothing but good experiences with say insurance since I started with them. I even got a one-year anniversary gift which I thought was awesome, and my insurance has gone down a little bit from what it was when I started. Six dollars a month savings it adds up. I really like my insurance company and I plan on going nowhere.
