Very happy with this company I originally purchased Say insurance thanks to the lowest premium they offered. It has been 2 years since and my premium stays low. I also appropriate their to the point, no BS customer service (not trying to sell me insurance product I don’t want and don’t need). Recently I had my first claim (hail damage) and I was extremely satisfied. The adjuster shoved up within few business days and 5 days later I had the estimate and check in my mailbox. So fair, very good experience with Say overall.

I found say insurance while desperately… I found say insurance while desperately shopping around for auto insurance 3 years ago. I wasnt to hopeful but they gave me a great price quote ( less then half of what everyone else was quoting me) and I decided to take the chance Haven't had a single problem with their service since Great pricing, great coverage, great customer assistance. And best of all they have respect for their customers who show loyalty. I have had two cars now covered under them and have had my monthly cost go down 3 separate time thanks to their say score ( higher the score the lower your payment becomes) couldnt reccomend them more

SAY Is hands down the best insurance… SAY Is hands down the best insurance company you can ask for. My adjuster Kyle was with me every step of the way during my claim process after my car was damaged. Fantastic customer service and just the best rates. Even after having an accident my rates are lower than any other company can offer and I have full coverage. I highly recommend SAY to anybody that is looking for affordable insurance that has a staff that actually cares about their clients.

Surprisingly great, especially for the price! As a newer driver, Say insurance has been the only legit insurance company that gave me an affordable rate for my first car. The cheapest I was able to find as a new driver through other insurance companies was over $300 a month, when Say’s rate was roughly half of that. Say’s customer service does a fantastic job as well. I thought it was too good to be true for the first few months honestly!
