I love this company. I love this company. From the very beginning, they have been amazing. I signed up in 2019 on the website and accidentally put the wrong routing number, resulting in cancelation the next business day. I emailed and explained what happened, gave them the correct routing number, and have been pleased with them ever since. I also like the nice little touches like cards on my birthday and customer anniversary. It's silly, but it's fun. I've also used the roadside assistance a couple of times with no problems at all. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and I love that they automatically review at renewal instead of me having to ask for a different rate.

I found say insurance while desperately… I found say insurance while desperately shopping around for auto insurance 3 years ago. I wasnt to hopeful but they gave me a great price quote ( less then half of what everyone else was quoting me) and I decided to take the chance Haven't had a single problem with their service since Great pricing, great coverage, great customer assistance. And best of all they have respect for their customers who show loyalty. I have had two cars now covered under them and have had my monthly cost go down 3 separate time thanks to their say score ( higher the score the lower your payment becomes) couldnt reccomend them more

I have been with Say Insurance for… I have been with Say Insurance for quite a few years, had 1 issue with them when I first started as for as payment account, but after that i have never had an issue with Say, AWESOME company. i would recommend them to anyone wanting Insurance at a great price!! You won't be sorry when you join them.

They are way better than any of the other companies I've trusted with my insurance needs, by far, and they are customer driven. They really go the extra mile to show appreciation to their customers, and seem to care of about my overall satisfaction. I moved over to Say Insurance from… I moved over to Say Insurance from Progressive after a couple years of my policy getting 'progressively' more expensive despite an accident and ticket falling off my record. I've had a great experience so far with Say. It was easy to sign up, easy to get my proof of insurance, and after a year my policy has gone down significantly in price. I have no complaints!
