GBNEVER USE SAY!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option. I called about getting an extension because I had lost my job. Just needed a little extra time as I got a new job but wouldn’t get paid until after my due date. They told me if it wasn’t paid by then I would lose my policy. Then today I get an email saying it was cancelled and I would be sent to collections. So I called again and the lady told me it’s strict company policy and they wouldn’t help and that I was “red flagged” for 3 years so I wouldn’t be allowed to get insurance through them again. Why would I want to go back to a company that cancels someone’s policy when they have an unfortunate event and reached out to ask for help. I would’ve paid late fees on top of making both previous and current payment with my first check but they couldn’t even help with that. Absolutely TERRIBLE company and I will never recommend them to anyone. Things happen and even my credit card companies are understanding of my situation and not charging me late fees right now. Get your crap together and understand that unforeseen circumstances happen!!

GBI moved over to Say Insurance from… I moved over to Say Insurance from Progressive after a couple years of my policy getting 'progressively' more expensive despite an accident and ticket falling off my record. I've had a great experience so far with Say. It was easy to sign up, easy to get my proof of insurance, and after a year my policy has gone down significantly in price. I have no complaints!

GBHonest and supportive! I have had SAY insurance for quite a while now and I gotta say I absolutely love them! Given I am a very careful and honest driver, but I am a young driver at the age of 25. My rates were around $200 with other insurance companies, however SAY started me at a fairly decent price between $145 and $160. I am now at $84 for my rates and I couldn't be happier!!! Thank you SAY insurance for being there for me through thick and thin! ❤

GBFamily issue resolved I had a family issue and needed to add to my insurance policy 2 more vehicles temporarily. This insurance company's agents were kind, respectful and worked with me to make this transaction easy and affordable. When it came time to remove a vehicle they did not question me or give me a hard time they just did it and gave me my new rate which was a reasonable rate. I have been with them for a year now and have not been disappointed.

GBI'm happy with my decision to use Say… I'm happy with my decision to use Say as my dedicated auto insurance company. They are way better than any of the other companies I've trusted with my insurance needs, by far, and they are customer driven. They really go the extra mile to show appreciation to their customers, and seem to care of about my overall satisfaction. I'll be a customer for as long as they are around, and I know that will be a VERY LONG time!! Thanks for the surprise, Say! ;-)
