Sayrhino seems reliable at first until… Sayrhino seems reliable at first until you have a technical or financial issue. I will not continue to use their services as a landlord. They have on record and website that my claim was paid out and never was. I try to reach out to them but it takes several emails to reach a representative. It is painfully obvious that they do not want to look into my concern and circumstance any further. They do not have a phone number we can reach them through. I requested recently for a payment verification through my bank. Let's see if they will continue to ignore me. This is probably some of the most unprofessional and unethical business practices I have dealt with in my life.

Worst service ever The worst service I have ever had order got canceled twice wasn't told all because they sent it to a warehouse that different have it the customer service was just as bad . Nobody could find out why the first order was canceled good product so far people knowing what they are doing very bag . Think about how many times you want to call and how much time you want to wait before ordering from them

Would not recommend this company The company CEO's approach is centered around bullying and is very unprofessional. The CEO will give you information that is not truthful to convince you to make a decision which is not in your best interest. Make sure you have an attorney on retainer because you will need one.

2 years of nightmares and taking all my money If I could give negative stars, I would. This “company” is an a nightmare and absolutely a scam. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and you all should too. They will continue to charge you even after you’ve moved. Not get back to you for days on end. And send you collections for one thousand dollars and tell you that you had excessive wear and tear to your home when you left it spotless and in perfect condition. Any company that has this terrible of customer service is a JOKE. Do not wait your time, pick somewhere else to live or refuse to use this service. ONLY FRAUDULENT LANDLORDS/ RENTAL COMPANIES WILL ASK YOU TO USE THIS. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. PERIOD.

Threatened collections with no warning I signed for Rhino through my property management company and at the beginning, it was a great deal. It’s a great option for those who can’t afford an entire security deposit. However, when we left that rental, we got insane charges from our property management company. Rhino presented these to me and my roommate and requested payment. They said they would need a settlement within two months. After 7 days, while I was coordinating with my roommate and management company, I got an email that said since they hadn’t heard from me, they were going to send my payment to collections. I didn’t get any warning of this and they gave me no indication that they required a response within 7 days. I would recommend that everyone be careful with this company as I believe the threat to send me to collections was just a way to get me to respond and settle quicker.
