Pets Best in the most responsive and… Pets Best in the most responsive and expeditious insurance company we have had for our pet. Our dog was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and Pets Best has been there for us every step of the way. Without their prompt payments and support, we would not have been able to afford the expensive medications and treatment needed for our dog. Pretty surprised I was really surprised that the whole claim process took so long. It's a good thing that I didn't need my reimbursement soon because I would have been out of luck. This was probably the longest time it ever took for me to receive my claim reimbursement in a timely manner. If this happens again then I'm going to shop elsewhere for a pet insurance product that has a quicker turn around with the processing of claims.
