Our dog was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and Pets Best has been there for us every step of the way. Without their prompt payments and support, we would not have been able to afford the expensive medications and treatment needed for our dog. RUN FAR RUN FAR. RUN FAST. READ THE FINE PRINT. This insurance DOESN'T COVER BILATERAL CRUCIATE EVENTS. I missed this in reading all the fine print. My dog blew his first cruciate during the waiting period so the second surgery was not covered. There ARE insurance companies that DO cover cruciate surgeries. Make sure you find one. Also, during the claim my vet sent the records TWICE and the company never received them. I had to upload the paperwork myself. My premium went up without notification. The process of evaluation took too long. Yes, NOT a good investment. I tried to cancel the coverage online and can't find the spot in which to do so.
