GBBeware Big Company No Concern for Small Business Purchased the insurance from BiBerk let them know I needed an additional insured added and a simple statement place under description of operations took hours to get the additional insured added they failed to put the statement under description of operations spent over 2 hours on 4 separate phone calls explaining what I needed done. They sent over another COI without the statement needed to secure the business license spent 44 minutes on the phone to be told they could do it but it would take 2 to 3 business days to take care of it. That delay is resulting in an additional week or more to secure the business license . Unfortunately we paid the full year up front so we will be changing to an insurance company that is not so big and that employs enough people to handle a simple request in a timely manner. They said that was the policy and no one could do anything to expedite the process. Beware I would never recommend them to anyone. If they would have done as asked the first time there would have been no problem. They made the mistake and really didn’t care if it held up our business license.

GBDont believe positive reviews i rarely do reviews but this company and customer service is terrible. It takes weeks and multiple follow ups to get one reply and when they do reply it is useless. Don't believe there reviews as most are done by people with only 1 and 2 reviews signaling bots. Look at any other rating site they are terrible

GBThe experience from hell thanks to Ms Hayes My experience with biberk has been unimaginable.i all 100 percent disappointed and in disbelief of these services I have not been getting. My assigned adjuster missed multiple call appointments and so did her supervisor. I am in the same position besides the 1st preliminary estimate that I was in the day I crashed. 1 thing or and person has given me absolute confidence that he will continue to prioritize me. Calm courteous and professional are just a few words to describe Mr Juwan A. This guy took me from 100 where I was to 50. He's the only reason I have a bit of comfort at this point. Keep him. He represents your company as it should be. U need to get rid of Mrs Hayes ASAP. She will get yaw in some unfortunate situations . I've called over excessively. I'm a business Man and this is very unprofessional. Truck is accruing 250 a day storage. I have 4 days to get truck to actual repair location. Ask I ask is to to talk to someone that can give me guidance and some answers. Will my deductible be handled? Are you guys going to have a tow truck transport my tow truck to the repairs location? Where's the 1st check? If I rent a tow truck will my insurance cover me rental insurance wise. I need to speak to a human. Not a computer. Very very poor service from my adjuster
