Their CSR Karen did an excellent job… Their CSR Karen did an excellent job taking my payment over the phone and sending us our policy documents. We have been with ARW for many years now and the service has more than paid for itself over the years. They always fix our problems quickly and efficiently for a very low service fee. The peace of mind this provides is priceless. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a dependable Home Warranty Company. 5 Stars!!!

Bee Bee listened and understood my… Bee Bee listened and understood my difficult financial situation having been laid off recently (September). She made the pricing adjustments, explained my policy coverage, thanked me for my 2+years with you and set up my next "affordable" payment. I am Wanda Holland in Kyle, Texas

Hassle Free I fell a couple of days behind due to some events come up. I asked Ms. Karen if my payment can be taken out Wednesday instead of today and without going into details, she said no problem and rescheduled it for the 1st of May. Less stress and back to work I go.

Because of financial issues Because of financial issues, I changed my mind about getting the contract set up just now. Joel was very polite, friendly and helpful and in part because of this, when things turn around again, I will likely actually start a contract with American Residential Warranty. I appreciate a company that does not "strong arm" clients who have changed their minds about service.

Terrible company! This is a terrible company, with horrible customer service, hours waiting to talk to someone. Do your homework, and don’t listen to the salesperson. Look at the details of the contract before you sign. I recently had a pool pump go out replacement cost over $2000 and they’re giving me $200, minus the $75 service fee.
