She displayed great customer service and she offered me all the available plans possible. At the moment, I am experiencing financial hardship and unfortunately can't keep the plan. GBBecause of financial issues Because of financial issues, I changed my mind about getting the contract set up just now. Joel was very polite, friendly and helpful and in part because of this, when things turn around again, I will likely actually start a contract with American Residential Warranty. I appreciate a company that does not "strong arm" clients who have changed their minds about service.
