Maybe Holly ?? Felt Karen was a little rude in the beginning of the conversation but only a little. Gotta be a tough job. She was extremely nice after we established it was a credit card problem. Overall, she was great! PERSONAL NOTE: Karen is not a real popular name these days...maybe change your communications name to HOLLY.

Diana was customer rep Diana was customer rep. She was polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, accurate, and precise in answering our questions, Making sure we both had the same account, and in making the billing changes to our account. Why have so many phone numbers, when the wait time is so long? I waited well over 46 minutes before she answered my call. That is too long to keep your long time customers waiting. As well, we had replied on your portal for this billing issue. She said it was not received. Please ensure the $5 late fees are refunded when we had given ARW the new account number last month (Nov). Why was it not changed last month?

Karen was fantastic! Karen was incredibly personable and kind. She quickly and efficiently solved the issue with our account and even took her time to wish us happy holidays. I wish all conpanies had representatives like Karen on the other end of the phone.

I had received an email about a.lack of… I had received an email about a.lack of payment on my account I returned the phone call and was connected to a real person very quickly I had my all my accounts hacked about a month ago and I have had to cancel all my cards. I am expecting new cards. Karen, who was very understanding of my situation told me that I do have a grace period and when I get my new card I should call with information De

Joel did his job for me to pay my bill Joel did his job for me to pay my bill. I did try to get a hold of customer service twice to discuss getting a discount for this year and had to wait on phone at least 20 minutes each. Hung up and called back and just paid the invoice without consideration for discount for me a disabled veteran and senior. Joel said that by filling out this review I could get a discount next year. thanks
