GBMaybe Holly ?? Felt Karen was a little rude in the beginning of the conversation but only a little. Gotta be a tough job. She was extremely nice after we established it was a credit card problem. Overall, she was great! PERSONAL NOTE: Karen is not a real popular name these days...maybe change your communications name to HOLLY.

GBTHEE ABSOLUTE BIGGEST SCAMMERS OUT… THEE ABSOLUTE BIGGEST SCAMMERS OUT THERE!!! I have contacted the corporate office trying to resolve the issue. $6300 out of pocket for an A/C that had to be replaced the day after we moved into our new home. We had a vendor come out, make the first repair as they instructed us to do, two days later the entire system burnt out. They left us without AC for over a week, in July, in Florida with two small children, one who is asthmatic! After waiting a week, they denied that the unit failed and told us they wouldn’t cover it, even though our policy covers repairs & replacements. Im disgusted and now I will have to have to pursue legal action against them.

GBKaren is pleasant with her customer… Karen is pleasant with her customer service. She called today due to a payment being missed. She made me feel good inside as a customer as we are struggling with the recent inflation going on. There is annexed for more good Karen's out there in this time of disparity.

GBKaren was fantastic! Karen was incredibly personable and kind. She quickly and efficiently solved the issue with our account and even took her time to wish us happy holidays. I wish all conpanies had representatives like Karen on the other end of the phone.

GBHad a routine household problem (leaky… Had a routine household problem (leaky kitchen faucet) yet they found a reason not to cover the issue claiming I didn’t sign up for some obscure separate “faucets coverage” which I was not made aware of when I signed up for their premier warranty plan. Buyer beware!
