GBKaren is pleasant with her customer… Karen is pleasant with her customer service. She called today due to a payment being missed. She made me feel good inside as a customer as we are struggling with the recent inflation going on. There is annexed for more good Karen's out there in this time of disparity.

She was polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, accurate, and precise in answering our questions, Making sure we both had the same account, and in making the billing changes to our account. Why have so many phone numbers, when the wait time is so long? I waited well over 46 minutes before she answered my call. That is too long to keep your long time customers waiting. As well, we had replied on your portal for this billing issue. She said it was not received. Please ensure the $5 late fees are refunded when we had given ARW the new account number last month (Nov). Why was it not changed last month?

GBBecause of financial issues Because of financial issues, I changed my mind about getting the contract set up just now. Joel was very polite, friendly and helpful and in part because of this, when things turn around again, I will likely actually start a contract with American Residential Warranty. I appreciate a company that does not "strong arm" clients who have changed their minds about service.

GBI spoke to 3 people on three different… I spoke to 3 people on three different days. Rod at first very kind was glad I called. Didn’t get everything resolved due to me not having my bank account number ready. When I called back the next day I spoke to Brandon who seemed like I was bothering him he said I needed to speak to a manager who would call me 24 to 48 hours he. Needless to say no one called me within 48 hours, All I was trying to do was pay. When I called back the 3rd time I spoke with Matt, who was very professional and kind. I had decided b4 I called if he was like Brandon I was going with a different home warranty. However I’m very glad I spoke with Rod and Matt. Thank you, Toni and Malisah Newman
