I couldn't be happier with the coverage… I couldn't be happier with the coverage my Dory has. She's a Labrador and is extremely active, which can lead to some mishaps. Having Nationwide coverage has provided us with the best coverage. Her maintenance drugs (heartworm and flea and tick treatments) are covered. Her yearly physicals and those occasional mishaps are covered. Dory tore her ACL and we have coverage, so I don't have to worry and can devote my time to my girl.

Long wait for claims to be paid When I submitted an itemized invoice from the vet, they requested medical records going back several months. When I provided all the medical records, after waiting more than 30 days, they sent me a letter stating that they needed more time to review the claim.

Have been insured 28 years Have been insured 28 years . Was treated like royalty with VPI then Nationwide acquired VPI, the transition was seem less! Same expedient/professional service. Through the years we’ve endured Hip replacement surgery, & literally everything in between. Nationwide has been a life saver. As with any insurance, If you have the proper coverage you will be taken care of. I’m truly grateful we have this amazing coverage as we move forward into Chantilly’s senior years!
