GBMy experience today was with customer… My experience today was with customer service & web support. I spent quite a while on the phone with Alexis trying to get into my account to file a claim for my pet. She was very knowledgeable, made several adjustments & walked me through making adjustments myself. She was able to get everything fixed & I could successfully file claims again. She was extremely patient, well spoken & friendly. My experience is first class!

GBRUN! and that's not a command for your dog... RUN! I have a discounted premium rate thru my employer and they screwed me TWICE. You know it's bad (yesterday) when you fire them even with a crazy discounted premium!

GBI couldn't be happier with the coverage… I couldn't be happier with the coverage my Dory has. She's a Labrador and is extremely active, which can lead to some mishaps. Having Nationwide coverage has provided us with the best coverage. Her maintenance drugs (heartworm and flea and tick treatments) are covered. Her yearly physicals and those occasional mishaps are covered. Dory tore her ACL and we have coverage, so I don't have to worry and can devote my time to my girl.

GBLong wait for claims to be paid When I submitted an itemized invoice from the vet, they requested medical records going back several months. When I provided all the medical records, after waiting more than 30 days, they sent me a letter stating that they needed more time to review the claim.

GBExcellent coverage and customer service I have had our dog's policy for several years, but never needed to use it and therefore had forgotten just how much was covered. The coverage is really impressive under the My Pet Protection plan. Today, I called with questions about claims I will need to file for a recent diagnosis of a chronic condition, and the rep was so incredibly helpful and empathetic. Note: I had to file a claim for our other dog a few years ago, and everything went smoothly for that as well.
