GBMy experience with Extend was amazing My experience with Extend was amazing. I messaged them online that one of the Blendjet 2 I ordered stopped working. After answering a few of their questions and verifying I had a active warranty on it, they immediately issued me a voucher for a replacement. I ordered it the same day and within 3 days received it. Talk about fast efficient service. Thank you Extend for fast courteous service.

GBNot Worth the Money Horrible customer service! Frustrating experience! Read the clauses,sub-clauses,sub-sections,small print, because they will be quoted to you when you try to file a claim. They will wear you down with requests for more and more information, then pictures, then different pictures, then do the minimum, if that. Never buying another warranty from Extend,Inc !!! Update- customer service emailed that the closing of my complaint was a mistake and they would send new covers if I sent pictures of the tags. Too late, we had to pay 300.00 out of pocket to get couch cleaned so it's too late.

The entire process, from getting the purchase confirmation to submitting a claim and claim follow up is simple and doesn't require a lot of time, everything is well documented and communicated through emails. The web site is well designed and information is easy to find and submit. Responses from customer service are prompt and on point.

GBWell worth the price On a whim while purchasing my son's birthday present I figured why not, better safe than sorry, and paid for the extra coverage. I am immensely grateful that I did as it saved me from an absolute nightmare situation. The post office literally delivered my package to someone else's doorstep two cities away because they misread not only the difference between South and Southwest but somehow the city AND zip code to boot!!!!!! I didn't even think that was a thing that could happen. The process of filing a claim was completely painless and I had the credit to purchase a replacement within minutes. If you're buying an item worth any decent amount of money I highly suggest spending a little bit extra to pay for the insurance. Well worth the peace of mind.
