USWell worth the price On a whim while purchasing my son's birthday present I figured why not, better safe than sorry, and paid for the extra coverage. I am immensely grateful that I did as it saved me from an absolute nightmare situation. The post office literally delivered my package to someone else's doorstep two cities away because they misread not only the difference between South and Southwest but somehow the city AND zip code to boot!!!!!! I didn't even think that was a thing that could happen. The process of filing a claim was completely painless and I had the credit to purchase a replacement within minutes. If you're buying an item worth any decent amount of money I highly suggest spending a little bit extra to pay for the insurance. Well worth the peace of mind.

USFirst positive experience with extended warranties This is the first positive experience I have ever had with an extended warranty program. I will only deal with Extend in the future if given the choice. I added a 3-year warranty through Extend for a personal blender. When the blender quit working, a representative reminded me that I had purchased an extended warranty. Reaching out to Extend via email was relatively easy and quick. They found my warranty, sent me a link to choose a replacement blender, and it was all taken care of in an afternoon. I have never had such a seamless transaction with other extended warranty companies, most of whom I no longer wish to press my luck with. In the future, I will see if I can purchase only through Extend for these types of warranties.

USI recently used my Extend warranty to receive a replacement of my BlendJet that broke. I recently used my Extend warranty to get a free replacement of a BlendJet that broke within 6 months of purchase. I'm so happy I purchased, at a minimal cost, the warranty from Extend. Their online Claim Service is easy and quick. My claim was immediately accepted and I'm receiving my new BlendJet within 5 days from ordering it! I trust in this company to stand by their warranty with my future purchases.

USEdited to show solution for....Extremely frustrated...Scam? Edited to update: after some back and forth emailing theyanaged to get a working card and I've been able to replace my item. Thank you to the company for helping actually rectify the problem. It may have taken some time but we got it. Extremely frustrated and thinking I got ripped off. I got the horizon from Fluidfreeride and had to make a claim for replacement. I was given a virtual card as compensation but the amount was incorrect and it didn't work. Then they sent me a Mastercard for the correct amount....however it also doesn't work. I keep getting the error that the transaction isn't allowed by the terminal, which means that its not configured correctly....again...) starting to get super suspicious. Not happy right now.

USA little difficult getting started with… A little difficult getting started with Tosot passing me off to extend. Was treated nicely but rather have a human to do business with. Did not like the online mastercard that was credited to me. I’m a senior citizen and without computer skills this would’ve never happened. Should be a company check issued.
