GBWORST company ever So I purchased a warranty for my club breaking, my club broke after normal use and they blamed it on a manufacturer defect and wouldn't replace it for me and offered no additional help but basically scamming me.

GBWorst Warranty Company Ever I had my Oura ring stop working a month ago (have not even had the ring for 6months) and every time I call to get the replacement process started someone says they will have a "supervisor call me", a call from a supervisor has yet to come in. I have to call them every week for the past month (this started 02/28/24) and its the same thing every time! "someone will call you" with no resolution. Don't waste your money buying the warranty through them as they are no help at all!

GBTotal scam it was "snuck in" on a… Total scam it was "snuck in" on a recent golf order that was already protected by FedEx insurance. There is no live person to speak with at Extend only a bot. I received a message saying once it was purchased no refunds were given. BE CAREFUL this scan is not added to your online order.

GBWell worth the price On a whim while purchasing my son's birthday present I figured why not, better safe than sorry, and paid for the extra coverage. I am immensely grateful that I did as it saved me from an absolute nightmare situation. The post office literally delivered my package to someone else's doorstep two cities away because they misread not only the difference between South and Southwest but somehow the city AND zip code to boot!!!!!! I didn't even think that was a thing that could happen. The process of filing a claim was completely painless and I had the credit to purchase a replacement within minutes. If you're buying an item worth any decent amount of money I highly suggest spending a little bit extra to pay for the insurance. Well worth the peace of mind.

GBEdited to show solution for....Extremely frustrated...Scam? Edited to update: after some back and forth emailing theyanaged to get a working card and I've been able to replace my item. Thank you to the company for helping actually rectify the problem. It may have taken some time but we got it. Extremely frustrated and thinking I got ripped off. I got the horizon from Fluidfreeride and had to make a claim for replacement. I was given a virtual card as compensation but the amount was incorrect and it didn't work. Then they sent me a Mastercard for the correct amount....however it also doesn't work. I keep getting the error that the transaction isn't allowed by the terminal, which means that its not configured correctly....again...) starting to get super suspicious. Not happy right now.
