Worst Warranty Company Ever I had my Oura ring stop working a month ago (have not even had the ring for 6months) and every time I call to get the replacement process started someone says they will have a "supervisor call me", a call from a supervisor has yet to come in. I have to call them every week for the past month (this started 02/28/24) and its the same thing every time! "someone will call you" with no resolution. Don't waste your money buying the warranty through them as they are no help at all!

Easy To Do Following Their Instructions This woman who assisted me was very knowledgeable, friendly and assisted this elderly person all the way to applying my Extend Credit Card on the Blend jet Website. She is a Keeper in my book. She is an asset to this Extend Company. It makes me want to continue using Blend jet and to tell others about Blend Jet and their Extend Warranty Company -- pay extra and get the insurance, it is really worth it.

Not Worth the Money Horrible customer service! Frustrating experience! Read the clauses,sub-clauses,sub-sections,small print, because they will be quoted to you when you try to file a claim. They will wear you down with requests for more and more information, then pictures, then different pictures, then do the minimum, if that. Never buying another warranty from Extend,Inc !!! Update- customer service emailed that the closing of my complaint was a mistake and they would send new covers if I sent pictures of the tags. Too late, we had to pay 300.00 out of pocket to get couch cleaned so it's too late.

I received a message saying once it was purchased no refunds were given. BE CAREFUL this scan is not added to your online order.

A little difficult getting started with… A little difficult getting started with Tosot passing me off to extend. Was treated nicely but rather have a human to do business with. Did not like the online mastercard that was credited to me. I’m a senior citizen and without computer skills this would’ve never happened. Should be a company check issued.
