USWorst Warranty Company Ever I had my Oura ring stop working a month ago (have not even had the ring for 6months) and every time I call to get the replacement process started someone says they will have a "supervisor call me", a call from a supervisor has yet to come in. I have to call them every week for the past month (this started 02/28/24) and its the same thing every time! "someone will call you" with no resolution. Don't waste your money buying the warranty through them as they are no help at all!
