Horrendous experience Horrendous experience with this company. We were unable to travel due to the recent winter storm warning. All other hotels and airlines allowed cancellations, this company refused to refund our payment on the basis that it was a “weather condition”. Staff was extremely unhelpful and only copied and pasted their terms and conditions in their reply. Will never book their property again. What a nightmare.

My vacation was filled with positive… My vacation was filled with positive emotions and unforgettable moments. For this thanks to The Lodging Company. They did a great job to make me and my family feel comfortable. The hotel is wonderful 5 stars. I really liked the bar a lot of cool alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. There is also a swimming pool which was also very pleasant especially for children. It was interesting to go on excursions learn something new for yourself and of course take photos for memory.

When we take our decision to select The Lodging company 6 season ago us our partnership, we didn't understand how import it will be for our holidays. They are incredible, we have never had a problem in our stay. thank you very very much for that!

Great service Great service, to the folks complaining about not getting refunded due to weather, that is why you get travel insurance. Not their fault. We have had a good trip to copper mountain and have had a good response when we had any questions.
