Horrendous experience Horrendous experience with this company. We were unable to travel due to the recent winter storm warning. All other hotels and airlines allowed cancellations, this company refused to refund our payment on the basis that it was a “weather condition”. Staff was extremely unhelpful and only copied and pasted their terms and conditions in their reply. Will never book their property again. What a nightmare.

The booking process The customer representative that I booked with was very helpful. She called back and ensured that the booking went through and that I found my emails re: my reservation.The only issue was that the computer was very slow and that there were glitches with the booking system so it took some time before all was done. I would not be able to book without the customer representative help.

We had an absolute fantastic time We had an absolute fantastic time! My boyfriend & I are first timers when it comes to Beaver Creek. We had such an incredible time. The experiences from the food & wine tastings to the ski slopes, etc. We snowboarded, we did the snow tubes. The front desk to the skiing equipment shop were just none short of pleasant & polite. This is by far one of the best vacations I have ever taken.

I had tried several times through the… I had tried several times through the website to make reservations without much success. I don't know what I was doing wrong, but obviously there was something. Outstanding service... Hi, I have been using The Lodging Company for my last 3 holidays and will be booking my next Christmas Canada ski trip with them again.
