JPHorrendous experience Horrendous experience with this company. We were unable to travel due to the recent winter storm warning. All other hotels and airlines allowed cancellations, this company refused to refund our payment on the basis that it was a “weather condition”. Staff was extremely unhelpful and only copied and pasted their terms and conditions in their reply. Will never book their property again. What a nightmare.

CAStacy was awesome! Stacy was awesome! She helped me book a getaway for what I thought would be 10 or more people. I changed the dates and our group shrunk to 6 and she made the adjustments without complaint. She was prompt in responding and super accommodating. She also found us discounted lift tickets! I would definitely recommend your service!

GBDirt unit in Shadow Run and bad costumer service from The Lodging Company Dirt unit in Shadow Run, Steamboat. Wait hour for service. TVs are not conected, internet is not working, lamp is not working, dust in the wardrobe and drawer.... big mistake to do this reservation.. so sad. And I couldnt have answer fro. The Lodging Company.

CABooking with the lodging company was…excellent Booking with the lodging company was excellent, very good to deal with BUT... we had booked our condo for five nights and unfortunately we had a death in the family and had to cut our trip a day short. I emailed our contact through the lodging company explaining the situation and she came back to me saying that the only way we would be refunded our money for the last night was if we had purchased insurance. I feel being that we were spending that kind of money, and it was a horrible situation out of our control there should have been no questions asked and should have refunded our money.
