We had an absolute fantastic time We had an absolute fantastic time! My boyfriend & I are first timers when it comes to Beaver Creek. We had such an incredible time. The experiences from the food & wine tastings to the ski slopes, etc. We snowboarded, we did the snow tubes. The front desk to the skiing equipment shop were just none short of pleasant & polite. This is by far one of the best vacations I have ever taken.

Horrendous experience Horrendous experience with this company. We were unable to travel due to the recent winter storm warning. All other hotels and airlines allowed cancellations, this company refused to refund our payment on the basis that it was a “weather condition”. Staff was extremely unhelpful and only copied and pasted their terms and conditions in their reply. Will never book their property again. What a nightmare.

Upon arrival we find everything exactly as promised or expected

The most dishonest company we have ever… The most dishonest company we have ever worked with. After using this company before we are beyond upset. After trying to change our reservation they have taken our money and not helping with the change of dates. Not to mention they’re claiming we checked in a place in Colorado when we are in Atlanta Georgia. I’ve never had a company hold money without a reservation day and lying about a check in. My husband and I own a travel business not to mention we travel 45 times a year. Never have I seen a company work this way. I would NEVER give this dishonest company a dime of my money.

This Boomer has been disappointed many times, in the past, with the customer services provided by others. Not this time though! Being able to call and talk to someone as informed, pleasant, and helpful as Rebecca has proven that customer service still exists.
