Outstanding service... Hi, I have been using The Lodging Company for my last 3 holidays and will be booking my next Christmas Canada ski trip with them again. The booking process The customer representative that I booked with was very helpful. She called back and ensured that the booking went through and that I found my emails re: my reservation.The only issue was that the computer was very slow and that there were glitches with the booking system so it took some time before all was done. I would not be able to book without the customer representative help.

My vacation was filled with positive… My vacation was filled with positive emotions and unforgettable moments. For this thanks to The Lodging Company. They did a great job to make me and my family feel comfortable. The hotel is wonderful 5 stars. I really liked the bar a lot of cool alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. There is also a swimming pool which was also very pleasant especially for children. It was interesting to go on excursions learn something new for yourself and of course take photos for memory.

Amazing customer service! Cat B. went above and beyond helping me find the perfect condo to rent for our annual ski vacation! We originally booked a condo through a different vacation rental site, but the condo sold so we had to start our search over. The stars aligned, and I found Cat! We had an absolute fantastic time We had an absolute fantastic time! My boyfriend & I are first timers when it comes to Beaver Creek. We had such an incredible time. The experiences from the food & wine tastings to the ski slopes, etc. We snowboarded, we did the snow tubes. The front desk to the skiing equipment shop were just none short of pleasant & polite. This is by far one of the best vacations I have ever taken.
