CAI am only giving you this based on your… I am only giving you this based on your cancellation policy. We are coming to Banff for a volleyball tournament and due to being a small team are unsure if we have enough players to remain in the tournament. It is disappointing your cancellation was only available up till a week before and less $100. I understand Banff is a busy destination but this policy should be looked at again. Now we are stuck coming no matter what....even if we can't be in the tournament which we still are unsure of at this moment.

GBDirt unit in Shadow Run and bad costumer service from The Lodging Company Dirt unit in Shadow Run, Steamboat. Wait hour for service. TVs are not conected, internet is not working, lamp is not working, dust in the wardrobe and drawer.... big mistake to do this reservation.. so sad. And I couldnt have answer fro. The Lodging Company.

GBAmazing customer service! Cat B. went above and beyond helping me find the perfect condo to rent for our annual ski vacation! We originally booked a condo through a different vacation rental site, but the condo sold so we had to start our search over. The stars aligned, and I found Cat! GBGreat service Great service, to the folks complaining about not getting refunded due to weather, that is why you get travel insurance. Not their fault. We have had a good trip to copper mountain and have had a good response when we had any questions.
