CAThe booking process The customer representative that I booked with was very helpful. She called back and ensured that the booking went through and that I found my emails re: my reservation.The only issue was that the computer was very slow and that there were glitches with the booking system so it took some time before all was done. I would not be able to book without the customer representative help.

GBGreat service Great service, to the folks complaining about not getting refunded due to weather, that is why you get travel insurance. Not their fault. We have had a good trip to copper mountain and have had a good response when we had any questions.

GBWe had an absolute fantastic time We had an absolute fantastic time! My boyfriend & I are first timers when it comes to Beaver Creek. We had such an incredible time. The experiences from the food & wine tastings to the ski slopes, etc. We snowboarded, we did the snow tubes. The front desk to the skiing equipment shop were just none short of pleasant & polite. This is by far one of the best vacations I have ever taken.
