Amazing customer service! Cat B. went above and beyond helping me find the perfect condo to rent for our annual ski vacation! We originally booked a condo through a different vacation rental site, but the condo sold so we had to start our search over. The stars aligned, and I found Cat! She was professional, engaging, authentic, and kind. Her knowledge, expertise and personality, have gained the company a new customer, and I'll be sharing my positive experience with friends and family! Great service Great service, to the folks complaining about not getting refunded due to weather, that is why you get travel insurance. Not their fault. We have had a good trip to copper mountain and have had a good response when we had any questions.

Horrendous experience Horrendous experience with this company. We were unable to travel due to the recent winter storm warning. All other hotels and airlines allowed cancellations, this company refused to refund our payment on the basis that it was a “weather condition”. Staff was extremely unhelpful and only copied and pasted their terms and conditions in their reply. Will never book their property again. What a nightmare.

The booking agency was kind and responsive. The booking agency was kind and responsive. The hotel was nice, breakfast was excellent, but the bed was horrible. My husband has a bad back and cannot tolerate soft mattresses - we ended up sleeping on the floor.

I booked a ski in condo at keystone I booked a ski in condo at keystone, and when checking in they never supposedly received the final payment I sent. I had to prove it before checking in. They proceeded to put us in the wrong place with less beds than required. I asked the front desk the cost of the room we were put into and it was $1000 cheaper than the one i booked. I lost 2 days dealing with this headache and nothing was compensated for mistakes of the company. They also proceeded to charge another $500 in fees during check out. This is a shady company that is a third party to the resorts. They lack the correct information and customer service to make a stress-free vacation possible, and they steal people's money.
