GBWhile they declined to quote me because… While they declined to quote me because I recently had surgery, they were very prompt in doing so. They did quote my wife, but we found more coverage with less cost from another company (that we have several policies with already)

GBHad an issue with logging in to make a payment Had an issue with logging into our account, I called and the young lady was very nice! She took care of my issue and I was able to make the payment right then over the phone with her even though the people that could reset my password were already gone for the day.

GBRUN, fast RUN. Seriously shady and dishonest practices. Put your money into a bank account instead of trusting in a company that posts pictures playing golf while dragging out processing your claim way past legal timeliness. Do not EVER take out a critical illness policy because when they can't deny your claim, they will try and cancel your policy based on narratives they create from your medical records.

GBI applied for a $25K whole life… I applied for a $25K whole life coverage but was forced to bring it down to $10K because I was tabled. I had diabetes after 50 years old and had been in control with diet, exercise and some medications. In all other policies I have with other companies, I was always rated standard. I was disappointed with the rating without clear explanation.
