Customer service I was so blessed to speak with Alexander about an issue requiring an appeal for payment. He was understanding and encouraging and found out the correct way for me to manage this situation. To be able to talk with a real and caring person means so much! Thank you!

Assurity's Reply Was Pointless I left a review here to help others not waste their money with Assurity. I did eventually receive a reply saying to contact Jon at 800-869-0355 ext. 4400, but he doesn't answer his phone. I tried a few times. He eventually left me a message that said to contact customer connections at ext. 4279 and anyone there should be able to help me. I wasn't asking for help. I leave reviews to help others. This company denied my son's life insurance claim. I just hope others don't fall for Assurity's false sense of security.

Thank for the invite Hello, like I told Darren Sinnel who sold me the insurance. Thank you I was thinking of adding insurance felt a little money might me needed in case I was gone in this times where everything is sky rocketing. I for my self wasn't thinking I needed because I'm veteran and got my va to cover funeral cost and medical but then I thought why not just a little extra money would help since I got rid of my 401 and stopped paying for the insurance that the military offers as well. Hopefully I can keep this up.
