When our air conditioning unit broke down, they promptly dispatched a technician who diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently. Dealing with First Premier has been an awesome experience.

This company has a slow response This company has a slow response, doesn’t trust their contractors estimate, very slow in approving claim, and will offer cash in lieu for $100, the same amount you pay contractor for service calls. I will never purchase this company again. 2 claims, one claim disallowed, next claim $100 toward new gas dryer. What a fraud. The customer service is awful. Will take advantage of senior citizens. They don’t honor their service They don’t honor their service. Put in claim for ac repair at 400 bill. They only willing to pay 200. I agreed, now waiting forever to get that money. Slow slow slow on claims, will sell plan in 2 seconds though. Will never use them again. Con artists!
