LBUnsatisfied Customer Although the agent was very professional and accommodative. He responded to all my concerns Except the MSRA concept either was not mentioned or quickly mentioned without me noticing it. It turned out the MSRA limit is $10,000. Which means if something major happens and I don't have $10,000, I cannot be hospitalized. I really feel it is not fair and I could have found a much better plan. A major factor of the plan such as MSRA should be explained in details and one should not expect the customer to be expert in health insurance.

GB10/10 I recommend James Lett James provided excellent service and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. He’s very well versed and educated in the product he’s selling. I was a little perturbed when I learned I’d be losing my health coverage from my work in less than 20 days, and James eased the process of finding a new provider! I have recommended his services to all my coworkers already!

GBcalled 2 times trying to get ahold of… called 2 times trying to get ahold of anyone I could speak with about the coverage I purchased. they keep taking my phone number and no return phone call. Then I've called direct lines to individual people who said...."call me if you have any questions" and left messages and no return calls.
