GBcalled 2 times trying to get ahold of… called 2 times trying to get ahold of anyone I could speak with about the coverage I purchased. they keep taking my phone number and no return phone call. Then I've called direct lines to individual people who said...."call me if you have any questions" and left messages and no return calls.

GBTrying to make a payment yourself is… Trying to make a payment yourself is like pulling teeth. I am unable to make a manual payment or even change my payment date. When payments are processed, they're processed separately and on different dates.... customer service is nice but the system they follow is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone...
