Trying to make a payment yourself is… Trying to make a payment yourself is like pulling teeth. I am unable to make a manual payment or even change my payment date. When payments are processed, they're processed separately and on different dates.... customer service is nice but the system they follow is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone...

I have been satisfied with health… I have been satisfied with health coverage fast for my medical insurance needs. The agent that is assigned to help me is very knowledgeable and is able to answers all the questions I have. They are able to get you the lowest quote possible based on your needs. For people like me who do not get health insurance at work it is a great option.
