called 2 times trying to get ahold of… called 2 times trying to get ahold of anyone I could speak with about the coverage I purchased. they keep taking my phone number and no return phone call. Then I've called direct lines to individual people who said...."call me if you have any questions" and left messages and no return calls.

Trying to make a payment yourself is… Trying to make a payment yourself is like pulling teeth. I am unable to make a manual payment or even change my payment date. When payments are processed, they're processed separately and on different dates.... customer service is nice but the system they follow is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone...

Would give 0 stars if allowable Would give 0 stars if allowable. The representative I spoke with misled me into buying a policy and the company is refusing to refund my $500 that I paid toward it. They have recorded conversations and they refused to use it to help me with my case. Customer service is incompetent as well. Like little robots restating pre recorded messages. Will never use them again nor would I recommend to anyone.

I'd recommend this insurance to everyone I'm so happy with this insurance company than I've ever been with any other. They r fast, friendly, and accurate. I've already made a recommendation to my friends and told them that this is a great place to look into if they r looking for health insurance. My agent Kristen Lovett is just the best.
