Trying to make a payment yourself is… Trying to make a payment yourself is like pulling teeth. I am unable to make a manual payment or even change my payment date. When payments are processed, they're processed separately and on different dates.... customer service is nice but the system they follow is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone...

10/10 I recommend James Lett James provided excellent service and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. He’s very well versed and educated in the product he’s selling. I was a little perturbed when I learned I’d be losing my health coverage from my work in less than 20 days, and James eased the process of finding a new provider!
