GBGood experience Agent was very good and this was the only company who would insure me with an "open" investigation. Main problem was trying to open the account to retrieve quotations as the awaited link to do so never arrived (email/text). Office eventually sorted it but it was a bit of a hassle. Price was around the same as other insurance companies for someone with preconditions and aged 70. Hope I will not have to claim but will be interesting to see how they perform should that happen.

GBDreadful - avoid at all costs Cannot get a hold of the company by phone or email. They are just not contactable. Their website froze causing a double payment which I need refunded. Surprise, surprise I cannot get a hold of anyone on any number they have listed. No response to emails either. I now intend to cancel the policy altogether. Lord only knows what will happen if we need to get a hold of them in an emergency. Service is so non-existence I actually doubt Trust pilot now. How anyone can post reviews about good service makes me believe they are acting on behalf of the company.

GBIMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM - I would strongly advise to get insured with a reputable provider. We bought a policy, and had to cancel a trip due to a childs illness. The company doesnt respond to correspondence or request for important information and just delays the process. We have provided - proof of purchase, proof of no-show, proof of cancellation and medical records and still nothing. Please AVOID!

GBThis is the worst Travel Insurance… This is the worst Travel Insurance Company I have ever experienced. Their business model appears to be sell a product which you are informed is premium but it is nothing but. It would appear that when you actually need to make a claim they outsource the claim to IMG Travel Claims whose apparent goal is to use ever trick in the book to minimise any pay out. Devil is in the detail of the policy wording document Unreceipted claims are limited to £35, challenging basis of damage, requesting damage reports etc.
