GBGood, but watch T&Cs Good tool for building your policy from scratch and adding add-ons. There is an add-on for everything, which suggests the basic policy covers almost nothing.. Last year renewal happened without asking me for confirmation. This year renewal was 60% more expensive and had add-ons I didnt remember choosing, so I build a new policy again that only reflects my needs. It does feel like upselling a lot of time. Havent made any claims yet so cant tell how that works.

Despite their eventual agreement to process my claim, their silence has been deafening. My emails have gone unanswered, leaving me in a prolonged state of uncertainty and financial strain. It's about a company that not only hides behind obscure clauses to deny legitimate claims but also blatantly disregards agreed resolutions. In my pursuit of justice, I've escalated my efforts, including adding more email addresses in my communications in a bid to get a response, any response. Moreover, I've taken to this platform to share my ongoing ordeal, hoping to alert others to the potential pitfalls of entrusting their travel insurance needs to a company that seems to lack integrity and customer respect. The lack of accountability and transparency from this company is shocking. As someone who values principle, I find their conduct not just unprofessional but entirely reprehensible. GBExcellent service Excellent service, online website easy to use and follow. All correspondence received extremely quick via email. I made a mistake on one name in error so I emailed them to correct , that responded with 24 hrs to say all done and sent new paperwork out .. fast and brilliant so far !! We don’t go on holiday until July 2023

DEGreat, but needs better access to customer service The quote I received was the best after shopping around but the accessibility of customer service is quite poor. I didn’t expect to not be able to get through on the phone lines, the first time I was on hold for 20 minutes and couldn’t wait any longer. Second time 40 minutes and then the third time 50 minutes before I could speak to someone. I also emailed the customer services department and someone did call me back the next day, but if you need to speak to someone urgently keep in mind that’s not possible. I’m still on holiday and thankfully not had to use my insurance, but I have peace of mind knowing that it’s available should I need to. I’m currently pregnant and there was no premium for pregnancy with no medical issues.

GBVery good Because we have not, thankfully, had reason to claim on our holiday insurance, I cannot comment on that part. I rang insurewithease, spoke to Abby, who was friendly, helpful and efficient. She explained everything concisely, answered our questions fully and we purchased our policy. I cannot fault the purchase process.
