GBIMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM - I would strongly advise to get insured with a reputable provider. We bought a policy, and had to cancel a trip due to a childs illness. The company doesnt respond to correspondence or request for important information and just delays the process. We have provided - proof of purchase, proof of no-show, proof of cancellation and medical records and still nothing. Please AVOID!

GBPaid for insurance for a trip to China. Scammed. Paid for insurance for a trip to China. The trip was cancelled and it had only been 13 days since I paid for the insurance, I contacted them and they took a day to reply. They advised me that because it was outside of the 14 days I couldn't get a refund, even though I emailed within the 14 days. Luckily in the UK we have something called the postal rule so I'm currently in the process of suing them. Bare this in mind when using them, they seem like an extremely fraudulent company. Update: They've asked me to contact them which I won't be doing as I've already tried that multiple times, strange that once a review is written they jump on it. Trustpilot allows you to request my phone number, if you want it you can do that.

GBExcellent, efficient service. After the initial excellent service,I needed to add my partner to the policy. The woman who did this for me was efficient, patient & understanding. We are both pensioners. However I had to wait for almost an hour for my call to be answered.

GBThis is the worst Travel Insurance… This is the worst Travel Insurance Company I have ever experienced. Their business model appears to be sell a product which you are informed is premium but it is nothing but. It would appear that when you actually need to make a claim they outsource the claim to IMG Travel Claims whose apparent goal is to use ever trick in the book to minimise any pay out. Devil is in the detail of the policy wording document Unreceipted claims are limited to £35, challenging basis of damage, requesting damage reports etc.
