IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM - I would strongly advise to get insured with a reputable provider. We bought a policy, and had to cancel a trip due to a childs illness. The company doesnt respond to correspondence or request for important information and just delays the process. We have provided - proof of purchase, proof of no-show, proof of cancellation and medical records and still nothing. Please AVOID!

Good experience Agent was very good and this was the only company who would insure me with an "open" investigation. Main problem was trying to open the account to retrieve quotations as the awaited link to do so never arrived (email/text). Office eventually sorted it but it was a bit of a hassle. Price was around the same as other insurance companies for someone with preconditions and aged 70. Hope I will not have to claim but will be interesting to see how they perform should that happen.

I originally purchased a policy but then decided to cancel after reading the poor reviews about the way they treat you regarding making a claim. I had no issues receiving a full refund within my 14 day cooling off period. Shame they don't look after the customer claims like they should.
