GBTook 2 payments - not responding When booking on line, refused first card leading to payment being made on a second card at which point policy confirmed - only to find out BOTH accounts debited. Rang as soon as I realised (same day) and following week - spoke to staff who said they would resove but haven't. Noone now answering phones - have totally lost faith and want to cancel AND get both refunds

GBVery good Because we have not, thankfully, had reason to claim on our holiday insurance, I cannot comment on that part. I rang insurewithease, spoke to Abby, who was friendly, helpful and efficient. She explained everything concisely, answered our questions fully and we purchased our policy. I cannot fault the purchase process.

GBOn claim day they desert customers Wriggled out of my claim on some bull-crap about the fcdo advised against me traveling ? So why take my insurance payment wait until i got stranded in brazil by the airlines only to tell me ooh by the way your not insured ? Dirty scum suckers they will leave you worse than john rambo's government in the jungle ha ha . But seriously they have left me in the crap .do not trust these scum with your life or valuables because they will refund your insurance payment & tell there customers bon voyage !!! F$ck u

GBI found dealing with this company on a… I found dealing with this company on a clerical level satisfactory. I originally purchased a policy but then decided to cancel after reading the poor reviews about the way they treat you regarding making a claim. I had no issues receiving a full refund within my 14 day cooling off period. Shame they don't look after the customer claims like they should.
