GBExcellent service Excellent service, online website easy to use and follow. All correspondence received extremely quick via email. I made a mistake on one name in error so I emailed them to correct , that responded with 24 hrs to say all done and sent new paperwork out .. fast and brilliant so far !! We don’t go on holiday until July 2023

GBOn claim day they desert customers Wriggled out of my claim on some bull-crap about the fcdo advised against me traveling ? So why take my insurance payment wait until i got stranded in brazil by the airlines only to tell me ooh by the way your not insured ? Dirty scum suckers they will leave you worse than john rambo's government in the jungle ha ha . But seriously they have left me in the crap .do not trust these scum with your life or valuables because they will refund your insurance payment & tell there customers bon voyage !!! F$ck u

GBThis is the worst Travel Insurance… This is the worst Travel Insurance Company I have ever experienced. Their business model appears to be sell a product which you are informed is premium but it is nothing but. It would appear that when you actually need to make a claim they outsource the claim to IMG Travel Claims whose apparent goal is to use ever trick in the book to minimise any pay out. Devil is in the detail of the policy wording document Unreceipted claims are limited to £35, challenging basis of damage, requesting damage reports etc.

DEGreat, but needs better access to customer service The quote I received was the best after shopping around but the accessibility of customer service is quite poor. I didn’t expect to not be able to get through on the phone lines, the first time I was on hold for 20 minutes and couldn’t wait any longer. Second time 40 minutes and then the third time 50 minutes before I could speak to someone. I also emailed the customer services department and someone did call me back the next day, but if you need to speak to someone urgently keep in mind that’s not possible. I’m still on holiday and thankfully not had to use my insurance, but I have peace of mind knowing that it’s available should I need to. I’m currently pregnant and there was no premium for pregnancy with no medical issues.

GBVery good Because we have not, thankfully, had reason to claim on our holiday insurance, I cannot comment on that part. I rang insurewithease, spoke to Abby, who was friendly, helpful and efficient. She explained everything concisely, answered our questions fully and we purchased our policy. I cannot fault the purchase process.
