Good experience Agent was very good and this was the only company who would insure me with an "open" investigation. Main problem was trying to open the account to retrieve quotations as the awaited link to do so never arrived (email/text). Office eventually sorted it but it was a bit of a hassle. Price was around the same as other insurance companies for someone with preconditions and aged 70. Hope I will not have to claim but will be interesting to see how they perform should that happen.

This is the worst Travel Insurance… This is the worst Travel Insurance Company I have ever experienced. Their business model appears to be sell a product which you are informed is premium but it is nothing but. It would appear that when you actually need to make a claim they outsource the claim to IMG Travel Claims whose apparent goal is to use ever trick in the book to minimise any pay out. Devil is in the detail of the policy wording document Unreceipted claims are limited to £35, challenging basis of damage, requesting damage reports etc.

Original cover read well Happy with everything else, but the policy when \I was looking was to cover Covid, however, when purchased & printed, the same print stated that it wasn't. Although I only visit family I will always take out insurance, even though I have never made a claim. Peace of mind is what I always look for & insurance that does what it originally says. As luck has it ,I still didn't need it.

Excellent service Excellent service, online website easy to use and follow. All correspondence received extremely quick via email. I made a mistake on one name in error so I emailed them to correct , that responded with 24 hrs to say all done and sent new paperwork out .. fast and brilliant so far !! We don’t go on holiday until July 2023

The lack of accountability and transparency from this company is shocking. As someone who values principle, I find their conduct not just unprofessional but entirely reprehensible.
