I was able to search for what I needed… I was able to search for what I needed from travel insurance. As I was booking flights and accommodation separately, and quite a way in advance, it was important that I got the right cover. I could quickly search for what I wanted through this website.

Good experience Agent was very good and this was the only company who would insure me with an "open" investigation. Main problem was trying to open the account to retrieve quotations as the awaited link to do so never arrived (email/text). Office eventually sorted it but it was a bit of a hassle. Price was around the same as other insurance companies for someone with preconditions and aged 70. Hope I will not have to claim but will be interesting to see how they perform should that happen.

Easy and Fair I am yet to travel abroad and use the insurance, but the set up was easy and the pricing was comparatively good.

I found dealing with this company on a… I found dealing with this company on a clerical level satisfactory. I originally purchased a policy but then decided to cancel after reading the poor reviews about the way they treat you regarding making a claim. I had no issues receiving a full refund within my 14 day cooling off period. Shame they don't look after the customer claims like they should.
