Original cover read well Happy with everything else, but the policy when \I was looking was to cover Covid, however, when purchased & printed, the same print stated that it wasn't. Although I only visit family I will always take out insurance, even though I have never made a claim. Peace of mind is what I always look for & insurance that does what it originally says. As luck has it ,I still didn't need it.

I hope I don't have to claim on this policy! Easy to purchase. However no documents recieved through post although I'm sure I selected this option. The emergency medical phone number should be readily available on all documents, especially the policy schedule (downloaded) but it wasn't! Had to Google for number. Hope I never have to contact or claim.

Very good Because we have not, thankfully, had reason to claim on our holiday insurance, I cannot comment on that part. I rang insurewithease, spoke to Abby, who was friendly, helpful and efficient. She explained everything concisely, answered our questions fully and we purchased our policy. I cannot fault the purchase process.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM - I would strongly advise to get insured with a reputable provider. We bought a policy, and had to cancel a trip due to a childs illness. The company doesnt respond to correspondence or request for important information and just delays the process. We have provided - proof of purchase, proof of no-show, proof of cancellation and medical records and still nothing. Please AVOID!

Great, but needs better access to customer service The quote I received was the best after shopping around but the accessibility of customer service is quite poor. I didn’t expect to not be able to get through on the phone lines, the first time I was on hold for 20 minutes and couldn’t wait any longer. Second time 40 minutes and then the third time 50 minutes before I could speak to someone. I also emailed the customer services department and someone did call me back the next day, but if you need to speak to someone urgently keep in mind that’s not possible. I’m still on holiday and thankfully not had to use my insurance, but I have peace of mind knowing that it’s available should I need to. I’m currently pregnant and there was no premium for pregnancy with no medical issues.
