IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM - I would strongly advise to get insured with a reputable provider. We bought a policy, and had to cancel a trip due to a childs illness. The company doesnt respond to correspondence or request for important information and just delays the process. We have provided - proof of purchase, proof of no-show, proof of cancellation and medical records and still nothing. Please AVOID!

Took 2 payments - not responding When booking on line, refused first card leading to payment being made on a second card at which point policy confirmed - only to find out BOTH accounts debited. Rang as soon as I realised (same day) and following week - spoke to staff who said they would resove but haven't. Noone now answering phones - have totally lost faith and want to cancel AND get both refunds

I was able to search for what I needed… I was able to search for what I needed from travel insurance. As I was booking flights and accommodation separately, and quite a way in advance, it was important that I got the right cover. I could quickly search for what I wanted through this website.

Good, but watch T&Cs Good tool for building your policy from scratch and adding add-ons. There is an add-on for everything, which suggests the basic policy covers almost nothing.. Last year renewal happened without asking me for confirmation. This year renewal was 60% more expensive and had add-ons I didnt remember choosing, so I build a new policy again that only reflects my needs. It does feel like upselling a lot of time. Havent made any claims yet so cant tell how that works.

Excellent, efficient service. After the initial excellent service,I needed to add my partner to the policy. The woman who did this for me was efficient, patient & understanding. We are both pensioners. However I had to wait for almost an hour for my call to be answered.
