This is the worst Travel Insurance… This is the worst Travel Insurance Company I have ever experienced. Their business model appears to be sell a product which you are informed is premium but it is nothing but. It would appear that when you actually need to make a claim they outsource the claim to IMG Travel Claims whose apparent goal is to use ever trick in the book to minimise any pay out. Devil is in the detail of the policy wording document Unreceipted claims are limited to £35, challenging basis of damage, requesting damage reports etc.

Good experience Agent was very good and this was the only company who would insure me with an "open" investigation. Main problem was trying to open the account to retrieve quotations as the awaited link to do so never arrived (email/text). Office eventually sorted it but it was a bit of a hassle. Price was around the same as other insurance companies for someone with preconditions and aged 70. Hope I will not have to claim but will be interesting to see how they perform should that happen.

Good, but watch T&Cs Good tool for building your policy from scratch and adding add-ons. There is an add-on for everything, which suggests the basic policy covers almost nothing.. Last year renewal happened without asking me for confirmation. This year renewal was 60% more expensive and had add-ons I didnt remember choosing, so I build a new policy again that only reflects my needs. It does feel like upselling a lot of time. Havent made any claims yet so cant tell how that works.

On claim day they desert customers Wriggled out of my claim on some bull-crap about the fcdo advised against me traveling ? So why take my insurance payment wait until i got stranded in brazil by the airlines only to tell me ooh by the way your not insured ? Dirty scum suckers they will leave you worse than john rambo's government in the jungle ha ha . But seriously they have left me in the crap .do not trust these scum with your life or valuables because they will refund your insurance payment & tell there customers bon voyage !!! F$ck u

Dreadful - avoid at all costs Cannot get a hold of the company by phone or email. They are just not contactable. Their website froze causing a double payment which I need refunded. Surprise, surprise I cannot get a hold of anyone on any number they have listed. No response to emails either. I now intend to cancel the policy altogether. Lord only knows what will happen if we need to get a hold of them in an emergency. Service is so non-existence I actually doubt Trust pilot now. How anyone can post reviews about good service makes me believe they are acting on behalf of the company.
