GBMy car was at the service dept for…engine/radiator?!? My car was at the service dept for three weeks. Initially the service dept reported that my car needed a new engine and radiator. The inspector found that a radiator was the issue and would only approve for that. I gave concerns with why I would be told that I need a new engine, inspector saying service dept didn’t prove you needed engine? First and foremost, I’m concerned with my safety, pray that my car is safe. Being told I need an engine and end result being a radiator is quite unnerving. I spent lots of money on a rental and have not been reimbursed for a single day of that cost. 3 weeks in the shop . No compassion, or inquiry about service until now?

GBUnited Car Care deserves a "0" rating United Car Care deserves a "0" rating. This is a 'rip off' company. They don't want to cover any repairs as explained to me by their salesman. Please don't give them any money! You didn't honor the dealership in October to repair the leaking shocks because your adjuster said they weren't leaking enough to be repaired and now you are saying that you will not cover this claim. I have contacted an attorney and followed his advice about requesting a partial refund. He will take it from there after your response. All the reviews posted online state exactly how your company treats customers and how you refuse to honor repairs. You need to don't live up to your motto: "peace of mind for that next bump in the road" There's no integrity and your reputability is negative -0.

GB2011 BMW 328XI I had misfire issues and took it to the BMW dealership. They found the issue and also a leak. They contacted UCC, they got the approval right away and got the work started and it was covered. I had read many good and bad reviews, from my own experience it was a hassle free process and the dealer said the customer service was excellent when dealing with UCC Thank you

GBThank you United… I recently had to use my United Car Care Platinum vehicle coverage for the first time. Upon receiving my warranty information the next 2 times I heard from my service advisor ( from the repair shop of my choice, Buick ) I was informed that my warranty was in perfect order and later that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Easy, breezy! All that was left to do was drive home happy and totally satisfied. Hakunnah Mataddah, ☺. Thank you, United

GBMy air conditioner compressor went… My air conditioner compressor went kaput, 2014 Tucson with 50k miles. Went to local Hyundai dealer, they checked it out and after a quick phone call to United Car Care determined all parts and labor were covered. Paid my $250 deductible, bill would have been $1014 so this one case paid about 40% of the contract.
