DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. when we bought our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan less than a year ago, the dealer talked us into buying a platinum plan from United Car Care. we were hesitant but finally gave in and spent the $3,000.00 to get the plan. I was in Florida and my oil change time came up so I took it to a local shop. They changed the oil and told me that my cv axle needed replaced. I knew that it would be covered but did not want to get t done in Florida. On my way home I noticed my check Engine light came on and a distinct ticking was coming from the motor so I came home to KY and took the car to my local Dodge Dealer. My dealer told me that the cv axle needed replaced and the boot was wearing on the brake line. They called United and they were told that the cv axle was not covered and they would only pay a percentage of what it cost to open the engine up to diagnose what is wrong. We were sure there was a miscommunication, so we called United ourselves. The man who we talked to was absolutely condescending. He said we should of replaced the boot so it did not wear on brake line and the policy says they don't cover anything that is from a lack of maintenance. He said that they would pay a reasonable amount towards opening up the top of the motor. NEVER AGAIN will we trust a warranty company. I would give UNITED CAR CARE a minus 10 if I could.

I had a beyond great experience with… I had a beyond great experience with the claims representative I had on the other end of the phone. Erica knew her stuff, walked me through the process with ease and confidence, and was warm and friendly throughout. She has a real-human approach with her patience and gentle, sweet sense of humor, but maintained professionalism the entire time. I feel fortunate to have had her as my rep. and she made me more informed for the future times I need to use a warranty service (I am a newer service advisor for a car company who often uses warranty services). Bravo to Erica and all of the United Car Care team! Thank you for making the claims process an easier and happier one, as she truly brightened my day. You guys rock!

Recently non factory warranty work Recently I. needed some repairs on my 2017 Ram Pickup that was not covered under my factory warranty. Thankfully my additional United Car Care covered it 100% with zero hassles , deductible or delay. Fantastic coverage and I will continue with United for all my future vehicle warranty needs.

My air conditioner compressor went… My air conditioner compressor went kaput, 2014 Tucson with 50k miles. Went to local Hyundai dealer, they checked it out and after a quick phone call to United Car Care determined all parts and labor were covered. Paid my $250 deductible, bill would have been $1014 so this one case paid about 40% of the contract.

United Car Care deserves a "0" rating United Car Care deserves a "0" rating. This is a 'rip off' company. They don't want to cover any repairs as explained to me by their salesman. Please don't give them any money! You didn't honor the dealership in October to repair the leaking shocks because your adjuster said they weren't leaking enough to be repaired and now you are saying that you will not cover this claim. I have contacted an attorney and followed his advice about requesting a partial refund. He will take it from there after your response. All the reviews posted online state exactly how your company treats customers and how you refuse to honor repairs. You need to don't live up to your motto: "peace of mind for that next bump in the road" There's no integrity and your reputability is negative -0.
