They don't cover bolts or fasteners… They don't cover bolts or fasteners that hold the exhaust manifold covers, the rep responded with theirs nothing we could do. What kind of BS platinum coverage is this the covers rattle when I turn on the truck so disappointed

He was very willing to help resolve the concerns for the customer and get the claim approved. Thanks for your help, I greatly appreciate you helping me take care of our mutual customer.

I’m very satisfy with Mark responses… I’m very satisfy with Mark responses and job done for now. His CS is amazing and response is out of comment. The only problem I may face is that the job requires Shipping delivery and it may take more than 7 days plus the job done from the shop so I’ll need more Car Rental days coverage than the contract stipulate. We’ll see. Other than that, all staff that I spoke with was very friendly and good service.

Would definitely not recommend this… Would definitely not recommend this company Truck went into the shop for shifting hard and started shaking, the shop contacted them and they sent out an adjuster, the tech recommended replacing the transmission since there was play in the gears and fluid was burnt. They said to replace the fluid and change the filters and that they would only cover half the cost and want me to pay $630 as well as rental fees which on the contract states they cover up to 25 dollars a day It has been an ongoing battle with them and am about ready to take them to court DO NOT GET WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY

My air conditioner compressor went… My air conditioner compressor went kaput, 2014 Tucson with 50k miles. Went to local Hyundai dealer, they checked it out and after a quick phone call to United Car Care determined all parts and labor were covered. Paid my $250 deductible, bill would have been $1014 so this one case paid about 40% of the contract.
