GBMy air conditioner compressor went… My air conditioner compressor went kaput, 2014 Tucson with 50k miles. Went to local Hyundai dealer, they checked it out and after a quick phone call to United Car Care determined all parts and labor were covered. Paid my $250 deductible, bill would have been $1014 so this one case paid about 40% of the contract.

GBthe worse company ever!!! the worse company ever!!!! specialy KEVIN there claim supervisor did not offer any help other then hanging up the phone on my face! a complete ASS####!! now i have a 3500$ warranty that doesnt work for crap! my car its having issues with the diferential and there blaming me for it i bet there just doing that not to pay for my repair! dont buyyyyyy from them look for another company! there costumer service sucks! kevin its a supervisor but he is trash he wont help you!! dont give your money away!! they wont help you!! eduardo leon!

GBHad a bad shaking problem in steering… Had a bad shaking problem in steering wheel took it and had set of new tires put on it because they where down to the of replacing. Bout a month or so later problem came back to it to dealer and had it check and found out ball joint on passenger side was wore down. Dealership notified United Car Care warranty company and they took care of problem. Dealership replaced with GM parts rides good like a Chevy!

GB2011 BMW 328XI I had misfire issues and took it to the BMW dealership. They found the issue and also a leak. They contacted UCC, they got the approval right away and got the work started and it was covered. I had read many good and bad reviews, from my own experience it was a hassle free process and the dealer said the customer service was excellent when dealing with UCC Thank you

GBSTAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY IF THIS COMPANY ! They are Fraud, they ALWAYS has a loophole to not repair your car , they DENIED my claim because my claims exceeds my car value which is crap , My car value on car fax and Kelly blue book more than what I was told by them. They don’t know even what options and features my car has , They don’t care , they hang up on customers , they have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVES, they think they better than the others. I am filing a claim against then with public attorneys and I will sue them soon .
