USThey don't cover bolts or fasteners… They don't cover bolts or fasteners that hold the exhaust manifold covers, the rep responded with theirs nothing we could do. What kind of BS platinum coverage is this the covers rattle when I turn on the truck so disappointed

USDo not buy this warranty! Our truck has been in the shop for 2 weeks. We have a warranty with United Car Care and it turns out we need a new engine. They denied the claim on the basis of a “pre existing condition” from a previous owner (we bought it when it had 40,109 miles). WE PROVIDED EVERY RECEIPT FOR TIMELY OIL CHANGES during our ownership. Now, we can’t get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue. Never, ever, purchase this warranty for a used vehicle, or any vehicle for that matter. They are shady and will just ghost you when you need them. At the VERY LEAST, we should get our money back for purchasing this terrible “warranty”.

US2011 BMW 328XI I had misfire issues and took it to the BMW dealership. They found the issue and also a leak. They contacted UCC, they got the approval right away and got the work started and it was covered. I had read many good and bad reviews, from my own experience it was a hassle free process and the dealer said the customer service was excellent when dealing with UCC Thank you

USI’m very satisfy with Mark responses… I’m very satisfy with Mark responses and job done for now. His CS is amazing and response is out of comment. The only problem I may face is that the job requires Shipping delivery and it may take more than 7 days plus the job done from the shop so I’ll need more Car Rental days coverage than the contract stipulate. We’ll see. Other than that, all staff that I spoke with was very friendly and good service.

USRecently non factory warranty work Recently I. needed some repairs on my 2017 Ram Pickup that was not covered under my factory warranty. Thankfully my additional United Car Care covered it 100% with zero hassles , deductible or delay. Fantastic coverage and I will continue with United for all my future vehicle warranty needs.
