GBThank you United… I recently had to use my United Car Care Platinum vehicle coverage for the first time. Upon receiving my warranty information the next 2 times I heard from my service advisor ( from the repair shop of my choice, Buick ) I was informed that my warranty was in perfect order and later that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Easy, breezy! All that was left to do was drive home happy and totally satisfied. Hakunnah Mataddah, ☺. Thank you, United

GBDo not buy this warranty! Our truck has been in the shop for 2 weeks. We have a warranty with United Car Care and it turns out we need a new engine. They denied the claim on the basis of a “pre existing condition” from a previous owner (we bought it when it had 40,109 miles). WE PROVIDED EVERY RECEIPT FOR TIMELY OIL CHANGES during our ownership. Now, we can’t get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue. Never, ever, purchase this warranty for a used vehicle, or any vehicle for that matter. They are shady and will just ghost you when you need them. At the VERY LEAST, we should get our money back for purchasing this terrible “warranty”.

GBWould definitely not recommend this… Would definitely not recommend this company Truck went into the shop for shifting hard and started shaking, the shop contacted them and they sent out an adjuster, the tech recommended replacing the transmission since there was play in the gears and fluid was burnt. They said to replace the fluid and change the filters and that they would only cover half the cost and want me to pay $630 as well as rental fees which on the contract states they cover up to 25 dollars a day It has been an ongoing battle with them and am about ready to take them to court DO NOT GET WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY

GBUnited Car Care deserves a "0" rating United Car Care deserves a "0" rating. This is a 'rip off' company. They don't want to cover any repairs as explained to me by their salesman. Please don't give them any money! You didn't honor the dealership in October to repair the leaking shocks because your adjuster said they weren't leaking enough to be repaired and now you are saying that you will not cover this claim. I have contacted an attorney and followed his advice about requesting a partial refund. He will take it from there after your response. All the reviews posted online state exactly how your company treats customers and how you refuse to honor repairs. You need to don't live up to your motto: "peace of mind for that next bump in the road" There's no integrity and your reputability is negative -0.

GBMy air conditioner compressor went… My air conditioner compressor went kaput, 2014 Tucson with 50k miles. Went to local Hyundai dealer, they checked it out and after a quick phone call to United Car Care determined all parts and labor were covered. Paid my $250 deductible, bill would have been $1014 so this one case paid about 40% of the contract.
