Prompt Service, Good Communication Super was quick to assist with service. When I asked for additional service or a second opinion, they promptly accommodated and were able to help me get my issue resolved. They remained in touch with me during the process and kept me informed.

Great Service and efficient! Super was able to schedule my ticket within 2 hours, and had a contractor out within 48 hours to resolve the clogged drain. The App is easy to use, and notifications are sent to keep me updated on progress and scheduling. Once the company got here, they resolved the clog within an hour and were on the way. Since the pipe was a cleared, we have had no issues. All around great service from beginning to end.

I submitted my first terrible review… I submitted my first terrible review from December 29th 2023 as of today March 1st 2024 no one has called to schedule anything to be fixed. I call every day since last month and all they say is wait until tomorrow. For 2 month now and absolutely nothing has been resolved, even after they replied to me on here and said someone will call me. This has to be the worst of the worst!

Long time user first time reviewer We have had our main house and several rentals covered under Super for the past 5 years or so. We have worked with other home warranty companies in the past and this is the best by far. The app makes scheduling easy and straightforward, the technicians we have worked with have been great and we have especially appreciated the re-calls when work needs another look and replacements when there wasn't a fix. The phone system is a total mess but the people who work there are great to talk to.
