My Technician was awesome My Technician was awesome. He greeted me with a friendly smile and went straight to work. He fix my plumbing toilet issue in less than 20 minutes. He then taught me prevention and upkeep on my toilet . He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!

The gutter guys were super nice and… The gutter guys were super nice and helpful. They had lots of advice and always checked with me before making any changes. Super is a responsive and reliable company.

The WORST Home Warranty Company Ever I filed a warranty claim on March 27, 2024 with an urgent request for my refrigerator since it was leaking on my kitchen floor and blowing warm air into the cavity. Super ignored my request and waited three days to send the first vendor who could not repair it due to the requirement of a part. Super then stated they would send a second vendor the next day due to the urgency of my repair request. The second vendor never called and never showed up. Two weeks later I've gotten nothing but a runaround and have lost over $4k between food, the deductible, additional cost for a KitchenAid specialist to diagnose, meal delivery daily, and the cost of the warranty itself. They continue to fail to honor the warranty so I am faced with either: buying a new refrigerator that can be here next day at $2,500 OR waiting two additional weeks for KitchenAid to repair at an additional $1,800 between daily meal deliveries and the cost to repair/parts. Super Home Warranty is filled with experts who are ineptbut highly skilled at creating incredible amounts of stress for home owners. By the way, I'm a real estate broker - don't think for one second that I won't share what they've done. I'll be sure to articulate to ever realtor out there the extraordinary losses I have experienced over the last two weeks and anticipated losses in the coming two weeks. By the way - there is no way to get someone on the line that can actually DO ANYTHING with Super. I am beyond disgusted.

I can't believe they have 5 star reviews I can't believe they have so many 5 star review (49%) but yet almost as much 1 star (48%), almost looks like they are making up fake 5 star reviews. THESE PEOPLE SUCK, it's not even a real company, just independant people working from home. They are fake, stay away!!!!!!!

I submitted my first terrible review… I submitted my first terrible review from December 29th 2023 as of today March 1st 2024 no one has called to schedule anything to be fixed. I call every day since last month and all they say is wait until tomorrow. For 2 month now and absolutely nothing has been resolved, even after they replied to me on here and said someone will call me. This has to be the worst of the worst!
