I submitted for my tankless water… I submitted for my tankless water heater to be fixed and they sent someone out, but the repair guy really didn't know what he was doing. The water heater is still not working properly. Since then I have requested for 3 weeks now for a supervisor t call me and no one has reached out yet. They claim they have escalated the call, but every day I call their answer is someone will call tomorrow. This company takes no ownership of the contract to ensure that the customer received the proper services they called for.

My Technician was awesome My Technician was awesome. He greeted me with a friendly smile and went straight to work. He fix my plumbing toilet issue in less than 20 minutes. He then taught me prevention and upkeep on my toilet . He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!

Our refrigerator started malfunctioning… Our refrigerator started malfunctioning a month ago. We contacted Super and they sent a local provider. They tried to fix it several times, taking a few days between each visit and with no success. Today, a month and about 5 visits later we still have no refrigerator. The service provider was very rude and said they were not able to fix it. We contacted Super several times and tried to elevate the issue but we keep hearing there are no Managers we can talk to. Now they say we need a second opinion before they can pay for a new fridge. Bottom line, it all seems like a big scam.

Have been with Hello Super for a few… Have been with Hello Super for a few years. Have had great service and work always done to our satisfaction.

I can't believe they have 5 star reviews I can't believe they have so many 5 star review (49%) but yet almost as much 1 star (48%), almost looks like they are making up fake 5 star reviews. THESE PEOPLE SUCK, it's not even a real company, just independant people working from home. They are fake, stay away!!!!!!!
