USWorst business and total scam Worst business and total scam. Find any made up way to not cover the policy. You have to pay for one of their contractors to come “assess” the problem. That contractor tells you one thing and then his report is different so they can deny the claim. Garbage disposal is making a crazy sound that is likely precursor to motor failure. Had to pay the Technician to show up and he said couldn’t tell the exact problem but did see a small piece of plastic. Super denies the claim saying it is not normal usage. Save your money and run away from this scam

USI submitted my first terrible review… I submitted my first terrible review from December 29th 2023 as of today March 1st 2024 no one has called to schedule anything to be fixed. I call every day since last month and all they say is wait until tomorrow. For 2 month now and absolutely nothing has been resolved, even after they replied to me on here and said someone will call me. This has to be the worst of the worst!

USI submitted for my tankless water… I submitted for my tankless water heater to be fixed and they sent someone out, but the repair guy really didn't know what he was doing. The water heater is still not working properly. Since then I have requested for 3 weeks now for a supervisor t call me and no one has reached out yet. They claim they have escalated the call, but every day I call their answer is someone will call tomorrow. This company takes no ownership of the contract to ensure that the customer received the proper services they called for.

USOur refrigerator started malfunctioning… Our refrigerator started malfunctioning a month ago. We contacted Super and they sent a local provider. They tried to fix it several times, taking a few days between each visit and with no success. Today, a month and about 5 visits later we still have no refrigerator. The service provider was very rude and said they were not able to fix it. We contacted Super several times and tried to elevate the issue but we keep hearing there are no Managers we can talk to. Now they say we need a second opinion before they can pay for a new fridge. Bottom line, it all seems like a big scam.

USThe best experience with super! Wow! I can’t recommend Super enough! I am an agent who had a client use a Super warranty on their new home.
