That contractor tells you one thing and then his report is different so they can deny the claim. Garbage disposal is making a crazy sound that is likely precursor to motor failure. Had to pay the Technician to show up and he said couldn’t tell the exact problem but did see a small piece of plastic. Super denies the claim saying it is not normal usage. Save your money and run away from this scam

Long time user first time reviewer We have had our main house and several rentals covered under Super for the past 5 years or so. We have worked with other home warranty companies in the past and this is the best by far. The app makes scheduling easy and straightforward, the technicians we have worked with have been great and we have especially appreciated the re-calls when work needs another look and replacements when there wasn't a fix. The phone system is a total mess but the people who work there are great to talk to.
