The best experience with super! Wow! I can’t recommend Super enough! I am an agent who had a client use a Super warranty on their new home. Within the first sixty days of living in their home my client had his entire AC system replaced! My clients were extremely happy and satisfied with the efficient service Super provided. This is why I continue to recommend them to my clients!

I can't believe they have 5 star reviews I can't believe they have so many 5 star review (49%) but yet almost as much 1 star (48%), almost looks like they are making up fake 5 star reviews. THESE PEOPLE SUCK, it's not even a real company, just independant people working from home. They are fake, stay away!!!!!!!

I submitted for my tankless water… I submitted for my tankless water heater to be fixed and they sent someone out, but the repair guy really didn't know what he was doing. The water heater is still not working properly. Since then I have requested for 3 weeks now for a supervisor t call me and no one has reached out yet. They claim they have escalated the call, but every day I call their answer is someone will call tomorrow. This company takes no ownership of the contract to ensure that the customer received the proper services they called for.
