I submitted my first terrible review… I submitted my first terrible review from December 29th 2023 as of today March 1st 2024 no one has called to schedule anything to be fixed. I call every day since last month and all they say is wait until tomorrow. For 2 month now and absolutely nothing has been resolved, even after they replied to me on here and said someone will call me. This has to be the worst of the worst!

I can't believe they have 5 star reviews I can't believe they have so many 5 star review (49%) but yet almost as much 1 star (48%), almost looks like they are making up fake 5 star reviews. THESE PEOPLE SUCK, it's not even a real company, just independant people working from home. They are fake, stay away!!!!!!!

My Technician was awesome My Technician was awesome. He greeted me with a friendly smile and went straight to work. He fix my plumbing toilet issue in less than 20 minutes. He then taught me prevention and upkeep on my toilet . He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!

Have been with Hello Super for a few… Have been with Hello Super for a few years. Have had great service and work always done to our satisfaction.

So far so good!! So far so good! My water heater was leaking and Super got a local vendor out soon. It was replaced soon after. That cost alone the warranty paid for itself.
