Respond very promptly and covers most of the Repairs Respond immediately and repairs within a week of time most of the repairs are 100% covered but only issue is plumbing is not covered it would be nice if they cover plumbing related problems also.

No complaint home warranty I have been with CAP for about 5+ years and have not had any issues. I have submitted 2 claims and both paid according to contract. From a microwave to air conditioner. I have found that their vendors have a good reputation. I do wish they would do yearly AC maintenance and possibly send out a reminder (just a little wish list smile)

Stoppage service Had trouble with serviceman contacting me back or answering phone. But once I made contact everything went smoothly after that.
